What we collect

• Email address — for checkout, delivery, and support
• Payment details — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
• Purchase records — product purchased, order status, and download entitlements
• Basic technical data — server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel)

How we use your data

• Deliver your download link and order confirmations by email
• Verify purchases and restore access to your collection
• Provide customer support and process refunds when applicable
• Maintain security and prevent fraud

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep checkout and security working. Analytics and marketing cookies (Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar) load only if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings on the homepage footer.

Processors we use

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (order records), and Cloudflare R2 (file delivery when enabled).

Retention

We keep purchase and entitlement records for as long as needed to honor lifetime access and legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing hello@gessowallpapers.com.
